We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. This includes information that you send through our form handlers to sports organizations or other businesses listed in our Listings. We encourage communities, organizations and businesses to share in the production of research data, ensuring that their experiences and perspectives are accurately captured and reported. We encourage Sportall stakeholders in the participatory analysis of the data interpretation process to contribute insights and themes based on user experiences. Sportall will utilize frameworks that emphasize direct involvement with stakeholders, community members, or others with insider knowledge to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the research findings. Sportall will follow socially just principals in data analysis to ensure that the research is informed by and relevant to the communities being studied. These methods can help create meaningful research findings that are informed by the perspectives of those directly affected by the research.
Our goal is to accurately understand who is playing, where they are playing and what activities/sports they are playing. With a more complete picture of the Canadian sports ecosystem, we hope the information will help better guide funding, transportation, infrastructure, inclusivity, resources and overall better accessibility for all Canadians to play and be active in our local communities.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share private information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to process a payment, email follow-up, or General Enquiries forms to the organization/business you are trying to contact through our Listings.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt-out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or contact form provided on our website:

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Please only share information in your Listing that is available to be shared with the general public at large. Do not include personal phone numbers or emails if you don’t wish them to be used by people looking to register with your organization or program.
