How can we help?
As coaches and administrators of a sport/recreation organization, we are committed to supporting all our participants with a fun, safe and inclusive environment both “on and off the field.“
As leaders, we don’t always have the answers or skill sets to handle all mental and physical health needs of our participants, coaches, volunteers, administrators and parents. Please know you can always reach out to a fellow coach, parent, teammate and anyone else you trust for help.
You are not alone.
Depression. Self-care. Anxiety. Relationships. Thoughts of suicide. Sometimes, we may want help with something on our mind, but we’re not sure how to get started. And if we’re dealing with an issue we find hard to talk about, like a crisis, it can be tough to say it out loud.

As humans, we expect that we will have physical injuries and sickness at points in our lives, so why wouldn’t we expect ups and downs in our mental health as well? In a dynamic and demanding life, it is natural that at times we will become mentally unwell. Most humans are willing to talk about and address physical challenges head-on. We bring the same approach to Mental Health.
